• Please carry the Photo ID shared during the time of booking the safari.
• Any increase in the safari cost by the government during the time of the safari, the difference has to be paid at the time of the safari by the client.
• The above itinerary has been thoroughly gone through by the client before booking/confirming the tour, any changes, if requested during the time of trip, will be made available as per the availability at extra cost.
• This proposal supersedes all the proposals given to date
•  We are holding no bookings as of now. We will request all services once the tour has been finalized with Korners of India
•  This proposal is based on a minimum of 5 passengers traveling together. If the number of passengers is lesser than what is considered, then the tour pricing will be changed and advised to you.
• Standard Check-in & Check-out at the hotel: Check-in (1400 hrs)/Check-out (1100 hrs). Early Check-in / Late Check-out is subject to availability at the hotel.
•  All arrangements made by Korners of India are in the capacity of an agent only.
•  Korners of India will not be responsible for any delay, injury, death, loss, or damage caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hotel, game drives/safari of the forest department who are Korners of India independent contractors.
• Korners of India does not accept responsibility for losses and additional expenses, due to delays or changes in air, train, ships or other services, missed connections, sickness, weather, strike, quarantine, or other causes howsoever caused and all such losses and expenses caused must be borne by the passenger.
• Whatsoever, the applicant accepts that Korners of India is not responsible for the rejection of the forest department in case the original Photo Identity is not produced at the time of safari or game drive.
• The charges quoted above are provisional and subject to change.
• All train booking charges are non-refundable.
• No refund will be made for partially utilized/unutilized services.
• The itinerary is indicative and can be altered to suit the final confirmations from suppliers on all the services.
• The airfare, taxes, Government Service Tax and is subject to change with or without prior notice due to frequent fluctuations in the airfare, taxes, and rate of exchange.
•  Surcharge rates may be applicable on the entire package, depending upon the final date of travel.
• Rates may change without prior notice if the group size reduces from other than mentioned above.
• Anything not mentioned in the “Package includes” as above.

No bookings/blocks are done, bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. The rates are not valid for festivals/long weekends and black out dates. Feel free to call me if you have any questions. Rates quoted are nett and non commissionable.
